Responsibilities Assist with warehouse operations including manual handling, loading, unloading, and organizing inventory using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks Safely load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, adhering to safe lifting practices and weight handling regulations Drive commercial vehicles such as box trucks or vans to deliver products to customers' locations efficiently and punctually Follow all traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) guidelines during route driving to ensure safety for yourself and others Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients upon delivery, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain accurate delivery documentation using mobile devices or digital tools, including route logs and delivery confirmations Support shop activities by assisting with inventory management, stock replenishment, and general maintenance tasks as needed Experience Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Proven delivery driver experience, especially with commercial trucks or vans, is highly desirable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating a box truck or vehicle is a plus Ability to lift heavy loads safely while following manual handling procedures; experience with heavy lifting is advantageous Familiarity with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or dollies enhances efficiency on the job Strong customer service skills coupled with excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role Join us in this energetic position where your efforts directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational excellence!
