This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering consistent hours, overtime potential, and long-term career stability. The driver will operate a 24-foot stake bed truck to transport materials to customer locations and job sites while representing the company in a professional and safety-focused manner. Key Responsibilities Operate a 24' stake bed truck to safely deliver materials to customers and project sites Load and secure materials properly for safe transport Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain delivery documentation and obtain delivery confirmations Communicate with dispatch and warehouse staff regarding routes and schedules Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Provide professional customer service during deliveries Qualifications Valid Class B CDL (required) Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening Ability to safely operate stake bed trucks Ability to lift, move, and secure materials during deliveries Strong reliability and attendance Good communication and customer interaction skills Physical Demands Frequent lifting, bending, and securing of materials Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to safely enter and exit truck multiple times throughout the day
