Care :

Safely transport packages to customers, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. Master the

Route :

Plan efficient delivery routes while following traffic laws and safety protocols.

Wow Customers :

Provide friendly, professional service that reflects FedEx's commitment to excellence.

Stay Organized :

Load/unload packages, verify accuracy, and complete documentation.

Team Up :

Work with our dispatch team to optimize schedules and handle any challenges.

Keep It Clean :

Maintain a spotless delivery vehicle and report any issues promptly.

What We're Looking For Age :

21+ years old.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent.

License :

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Background :

Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Skills :

Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks. Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.

Physical Ability :

Lift up to 150 lbs and maneuver in/out of the delivery truck to customers' doors.

Bonus :

Prior courier experience is a plus, but not required!

Work Schedule Days :

Monday-Saturday (6 days mandatory during peak seasons).

Shifts :

Morning shifts (8 or 10 hours) - no late nights!

Weekends :

As needed for maximum flexibility.
