POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of toner, supplies, and printers/copiers to customers along designated routes. This role involves reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. In addition to delivery responsibilities, the Delivery Driver supports warehouse operations by assisting with the picking and packing of orders and the collection of empty toner cartridges. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily routes on a recurring schedule throughout the Chicagoland area, including the West and South suburbs, North Shore, and Wisconsin. Complete desktop deliveries to end users at hospitals, ensuring professional interaction and obtaining signatures on all proof-of-delivery documents. Pick up used toner cartridges from hospitals and designated customers on a recurring schedule from both dock areas and end users. Operate a cargo van and, occasionally, a box truck (non-CDL) when a liftgate is required. Maintain a clean vehicle and dock area, including stretch-wrapping skids and moving Gaylord boxes. Scan proof-of-delivery documents into the system upon returning from routes. Maintain a clean warehouse and assist with assembling devices. Ensure proper ongoing maintenance of all vehicles. Complete other warehouse tasks and system updates as part of ongoing training. Assist in the warehouse with the picking and packing of orders using UPS WorldShip

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
2+ years of prior delivery driver and warehouse experience Punctuality, strong knowledge of routing and be able to time manage effectively Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (CDL not required) Must adhere to all traffic laws High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and/or move devices weighing up to 100 lbs
