Job Description
Delivery Driver | No CDL Required | Romeoville, IL A FedEx Ground contractor is hiring full-time delivery drivers out of the Romeoville terminal. We are looking for dependable individuals who show up ready to work, stay organized, and take pride in doing the job right. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $20/hour Weekly pay Additional workdays available Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance available after 6 months Holiday pay Vacation time after 1 year Company-provided uniforms Performance-based incentives Supportive management team Safety-focused culture Schedule Full-time, 5 days per week No Sundays Routes dispatch by 9:30 AM Most drivers finish around 4:30 PM once deliveries are completed Requirements At least 21 years old Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years Clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to pass a drug screen, DOT physical, and background check Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. and move packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment This is a fast-paced, physically active position.
