A private family in the St. Charles, Illinois area is seeking a dependable, professional, and highly trustworthy Part-Time Personal & Family Driver for a long-term position. The position will begin at approximately 20 hours per week , with additional hours available and the expectation that the role may grow substantially over the coming years. The driver will provide transportation for both business and family needs , including business meetings, project locations, airports, appointments, dinners, events, family activities, school or activity transportation, and other destinations throughout the Chicagoland area. A vehicle will be provided, along with fuel, tolls, and driving-related expenses. Because this position involves access to the family's personal schedule, home, children, business activities, and private information, confidentiality and discretion are extremely important . The selected individual must understand and respect professional boundaries and maintain complete confidentiality regarding the family, their activities, destinations, conversations, schedules, business matters, and personal information. We are looking for one individual who can become a trusted, long-term driver for the family , rather than an occasional transportation provider. Reliability, good judgment, safe driving, punctuality, flexibility, and professionalism are essential. The schedule may vary from week to week and can include daytime, evening, airport, business, and occasional weekend transportation. There may be periods of waiting between trips, during which the driver will remain on the clock. Light vehicle responsibilities, including keeping the vehicle fueled, clean, organized, and ready for use, will also be expected. Candidates must have an excellent driving record, valid driver's license, strong references, and be willing to complete a comprehensive background and driving-record check . Previous experience as a private family driver, executive driver, chauffeur, or other position requiring a high level of trust and discretion is preferred but not required.

Starting Schedule:

Approximately 20 hours per week, with opportunity for growth

Compensation:

$30-$35 per hour, based on experience
