MTE Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Overnight Route Driver to complete a dedicated delivery route in Schamburg, IL. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable driving at night, and takes pride in being reliable and on time. The driver will be responsible for safely operating a company-provided cargo van and completing scheduled deliveries along an assigned route. All necessary equipment and the delivery vehicle are provided by the company. Duties Safely operate a company-provided cargo van during overnight hours. Complete the set number of stops on each route. Follow the assigned delivery route and schedule. Load, organize, transport, and deliver packages safely and accurately. Verify deliveries using the company's printed manifest and map located in app. Maintain communication with dispatch or management regarding delays, issues, or completed routes. Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Keep the company vehicle clean and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Provide professional and dependable service at all delivery locations. Qualifications Valid driver's license. Clean and safe driving record. Previous delivery, courier, cargo van, or commercial driving experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation to and from the vehicle pickup location. Comfortable driving and working overnight. Ability to lift, carry, and move packages as needed. Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to completing the assigned route.
