Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Counter Sales / Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is a blend of providing excellent customer service at the sales counter and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of auto parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in-person and over the phone with part lookups, product knowledge, and sales.
• Provide outstanding customer service by offering solutions, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Accurately process orders, handle transactions, and maintain product knowledge of NAPA parts and accessories.
• Safely load, deliver, and unload auto parts to commercial customers and shops in a timely manner.
• Maintain delivery vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs.
• Assist with inventory stocking, organizing shelves, and keeping the store clean and orderly.
• Build strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and company growth.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Customer service and/or sales experience (automotive knowledge preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as stocking and loading.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
