Overview CYG Logistics is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers. We are hiring full-time, part-time, and weekend-only drivers to deliver packages in the Southern IL area from the Springfield, IL terminal. Responsibilities & Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid non-probationary driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass a background check, drug test, and DMV check DOT Certification required within 14 days of hire (training and certification paid) Ability to lift packages up to 100 lbs Comfortable getting in and out of a delivery truck throughout the day Strong customer service skills and a passion for driving Weekend availability may be required Reliable means of transportation to and from work Pay & Compensation Starting pay: $140/day (while training) $160/day + commission after training Incentives available to increase earnings Benefits Health insurance (after 90 days) Paid time off Flexible schedule Referral program Schedule 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability as needed Additional Information Background check and drug test required Must maintain a clean driving record
