Description of role:
Our growing retail Company is seeking a delivery technician that lives in the Connersville area and is familiar with the roadways. We are looking for a responsible delivery driver to distribute and set up durable medical equipment promptly to our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while representing our company in a professional manner. Also responsible for patient education and repairs to power mobility equipment.
Tasks:
Delivering and setting up durable medical equipment in the patient's residence Follow routes and time schedule Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints Collect payments Complete logs and reports Sell other products and services Skill and requirements: Valid driver's license Respectable driving record High school diploma or equivalent Good communication skills Must be able to lift up to 120 lbs. Excellent customer service skills Technical knowledge of durable medical equipment and/or respiratory products is preferred
