Plan efficient routes using route driving skills to maximize delivery productivity while minimizing fuel consumption. Deliver goods to retail stores, commercial clients, and individual customers with professionalism and promptness. Handle heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when loading and unloading merchandise or packages. Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, friendly service, and attentive client communication. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, leveraging sales skills and product knowledge. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records for organizational efficiency. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record and familiarity with DOT regulations. Proven experience in commercial driving, route driving, or heavy vehicle operation. Strong math skills for pricing calculations, measurements, and basic accounting tasks. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team coordination. Experience in retail store environments or merchandising is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices. Knowledge of automobile transportation logistics and safety protocols. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and delivery documentation efficiently.
