All of our routes are within Fort Wayne city limits. We operate out of the New Haven terminal. Our management team prides itself on fostering great relationships with the drivers we employ. Since company inception, we have had a very low turnover rate. Our hiring needs are based on growth, not turnover. Our everyday goal is for each driver to have a successful experience. At the management level, we have over 30 years of experience combined with driving, managing, and owning FedEx routes. We understand what the job entails and what we can do to help make our employees succeed every day. Our delivery areas are small and our managers are usually driving a route to help alleviate pressure on the other drivers. We work as team to be successful as a team We offer competitive pay and offer comprehensive training and technology to allow you to perform the job skillfully.
