As a Package Delivery Courier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and secure deliveries to our customers. You will be responsible for picking up packages from our distribution center and efficiently navigating designated routes to deliver and pick up packages to/from homes, businesses, and other locations. Your friendly demeanor and professional conduct will be essential in providing outstanding customer experiences at every doorstep.

Responsibilities:

Ability to be placed on a M-F Schedule Monday 8am-5pm Tuesday-Friday 11am-6pm Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to meet scheduled delivery/pickup times. Deliver packages to customers while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude. Obtain signatures and other necessary documentation upon package delivery. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly and professionally. Report any delivery or customer-related issues to the supervisor in a timely manner. Ensure the security and proper handling of packages during transit.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS devices or map applications. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift and carry packages up to 60 pounds. Dependable, punctual, and able to meet delivery deadlines. Positive attitude and team player mentality. Prior experience in package delivery or a related field is a plus.
