A Sales Delivery Driver drives a truck or other vehicle over established routes or within an established territory and sells or delivers goods, such as food products, including restaurant take-out items, or pick up or deliver items such as commercial laundry. May also take orders, collect payment, or stock merchandise at point of delivery. Includes newspaper delivery drivers. Excludes gig economy drivers.

Key Responsibilities Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for members to and from medical appointments Deliver empathetic service —treat every member with respect, kindness, and professionalism Assist members with mobility needs, including wheelchair boarding and safe entry/exit from the vehicle Plan routes and manage your schedule using mobile technology to ensure on-time performance Communicate proactively with dispatch and management about delays or issues Maintain accurate daily logs and complete all required documentation Perform vehicle checks and report maintenance concerns promptly Uphold company expectations: zero missed trips, zero late pickups
Performance Expectations Trip Efficiency:
Maintain a minimum of 2 trips/hour for ambulatory urban routes
Safety:
Achieve 90%+ safety scores; maintain a clean driving record with no at-fault incidents
Member Experience:
