Job Description
Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of flowers to our customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction. You are not expected to use your own vehicle or phone. We have a delivery van and company phone that are used. Must have a valid driver's license. Duties Safely operate delivery van to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products efficiently, ensuring that all items are secure during transit. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules, making adjustments as necessary for traffic or weather conditions. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery photos and any discrepancies. Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred, but not required. Strong driving skills with a clean driving record are required. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 20 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
