Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, compassionate team member to pack and deliver meals to clients on an assigned route. This position provides an opportunity to interact with clients, perform well-checks, and help ensure that meals are delivered safely and on time. Job Duties Pack and deliver meals using a company vehicle. Perform client well-checks and interact with clients in a compassionate and respectful manner. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules. Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the company vehicle. Assist with vehicle and building maintenance as needed. Perform kitchen duties and other tasks as directed. Provide dependable and courteous service to all clients. Hours Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM Hours may vary depending on the assigned route. Starting Wage $15.00 per hour Annual wage increases are available based on performance. Paid Holidays After 90 days of employment, employees receive 7 paid holidays: New Year's Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Day After Thanksgiving Christmas Day Paid Time Off (PTO) 8 paid days off after 90 days 22 paid days off after 1 year Requirements Valid Indiana driver's license. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, both indoors and outdoors. Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong reliability and consistent, punctual attendance are required. Ability to work independently while providing compassionate and respectful service to clients. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
