Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Appliance Delivery & Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering, installing, and testing appliances in customer homes, as well as maintaining showroom inventory and supporting general store operations. If you take pride in great work, have solid mechanical aptitude, and enjoy interacting with customers daily, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Delivery & Installation:
Transport, safely move, and properly install a variety of household appliances using mechanical skills and standard installation tools.
Customer Interaction:
Respectfully enter customer homes, ensure property is protected during moving/installation, and clearly explain basic operating instructions to customers.
Vehicle Operation:
Safely drive and operate a large box truck for daily route deliveries, adhering to all road safety and company protocols.
Inventory & Store Support:
Assist with incoming appliance deliveries to the store, uncrate equipment, and stock/arrange the showroom floor.
Facility Maintenance:
Perform miscellaneous light maintenance and operational tasks around the shop and store property as needed.
Property Care:
Maintain strict respect for both company property/vehicles and customer real estate at all times. Qualifications & Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with basic hand/power tools. Ability to routinely lift and maneuver heavy appliances ( 100+ lbs ) using straps, dollies, and safety equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and comfort operating a large box truck. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. High level of reliability, attention to detail, and pride in clean, careful work.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities Starting Pay & Bonuses:
Base pay with bonus delivery pay opportunities after your first 30 days, averaging $17.00 - $19.00 / hour .
