Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Driver / Route Associate, where your energy and organizational skills will drive success! In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering products efficiently and safely to our valued customers, managing routes with precision, and building strong customer relationships along the way. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure timely deliveries, excellent service, and a positive experience for every client. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving expertise with sales and merchandising skills in a fast-paced environment. All paid positions are welcome to apply! Duties Min. 23 years of age. Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) HAZMAT regulations and company policies to deliver goods along designated routes. Manage route driving schedules efficiently, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining accurate delivery logs. Assist with merchandising at retail stores by organizing products, restocking shelves, and ensuring displays are attractive and well-maintained. Engage with customers professionally to build rapport, answer questions, and promote additional products or services through upselling techniques. Perform heavy lifting using safe lifting practices to load and unload merchandise, often involving automobile transportation of goods. Maintain organized records of deliveries, pricing adjustments, and client communications for accountability and reporting purposes. Experience Prior experience in retail store environments or commercial driving is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Demonstrated ability in basic math skills for handling pricing adjustments, measurements, and inventory counts. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers, team members, and management. Knowledge of driving safety practices, including heavy vehicle operation and safe securing and lifting techniques. Experience in sales or upselling is advantageous to maximize customer engagement opportunities. Ability to adhere to
DOT HAZMAT
regulations and maintain a clean driving record is required for safety compliance. Good housekeeping practices to maintain cleanliness and sense of pride.
