Job Description

Join the Kaeb Sales team! We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Hygiene Delivery Driver to join our team in Rensselaer, Indiana. In this role, you will serve as a key connection between Kaeb Sales and our customers by delivering wash chemicals and hygiene products while building strong customer relationships. The idea candidate is self-motivated, mechanically inclined and customer-focused. Kaeb Sales is a family-owned business that has provided innovative milking and manure handling solutions to the dairy industry since 1989. With eight locations across five Midwestern states, we take pride in maintaining a close-knit team and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain delivery vehicles in compliance with DOT and Hazmat regulations Complete daily vehicle inspections and required documentation. Deliver products to customers accurately, safely and efficiently. Prepare manifests and delivery paperwork. Perform preventive maintenance on chemical pumps, hoses and blending systems. Monitor and audit chemical levels at customer locations. Collect, clean and return empty barrels and totes from customer sites. Maintain DOT mileage logs and required records. Follow all PPE and safety protocols. Provide after-hours customer support when needed. Communicate regularly with customers, supervisors and the hygiene team. Work independently and collaboratively with team members. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic. CDL with Hazmat endorsement; training is available for the right candidate. Forklift certification preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Preferred Qualities:
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Dependable and self-motivated. Clean driving record. Strong organizational skills.
Physical requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Ability to stand, walk, bend and stoop for extended periods of time
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
