SWINE BULK FEED DELIVERY DRIVER

4-Way Production, Inc. | Homer, Indiana 4-Way Production, Inc. is a family-owned swine farm operation located in Homer, Indiana. We are seeking a dependable, responsible individual to deliver bulk feed to our hog barns throughout the surrounding counties. Job Responsibilities

• Safely deliver bulk feed to hog barns in surrounding counties.
• Operate and care for the feed delivery truck and trailer.
• Maintain a clean truck and trailer.
• Perform light maintenance on the truck and trailer as needed.
• Clean up feed spills around feed bins caused during deliveries.
• Communicate delivery issues, equipment problems, or other concerns to management.
• Work independently and complete assigned deliveries efficiently and safely.
• Submit daily delivery records and receipts on a weekly basis.
• Work cooperatively with other members of the farm team.
• Perform other farm and livestock-related duties as assigned. Qualifications
• 1-2 years of trucking experience OR heavy equipment operating experience required.
• CDL is preferred but not required.
• Dependable, responsible, and safety-minded.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain accurate daily records and receipts.
• Willingness to assist with other jobs and responsibilities as needed. Schedule
• Monday-Friday, approximately 7:00 AM-3:00 PM.
• Approximately 30-40 hours per week.
• Some weekend work may be required when needed. Pay & Compensation
• $25.00
• 28.00 per hour.
