As the face of our restaurant on the road, you'll provide friendly, reliable service while ensuring every order is delivered safely, accurately, and on time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys driving, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating great customer experiences. In addition to deliveries, you'll support restaurant operations by assisting with in-store tasks and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Duties Safely operate a personal vehicle while following all traffic laws and company safety standards. Deliver customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. Verify orders before leaving the store to ensure accuracy and quality. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately while maintaining accountability. Communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Assist with order assembly, stocking, cleaning, and other in-store responsibilities during non-delivery times. Maintain a clean appearance and represent the HotBox Pizza brand with professionalism. Report vehicle or delivery concerns promptly and follow all company procedures. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Current auto insurance and access to a reliable, insured vehicle. Ability to safely navigate delivery routes using GPS or maps. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Basic math skills for handling payments and making change. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous delivery, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
