Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Delivery Driver at our pizza franchise! In this fast-paced role, you'll be the friendly face of our business, delivering hot, delicious pizzas and other menu items directly to our customers. Your reliability, safe driving, and commitment to excellent customer service will help ensure every customer has a great experience. If you enjoy driving, working independently, and interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity to be part of a team focused on quality, service, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Safely operate your personal vehicle while making deliveries and following all traffic laws and safety regulations. Deliver pizzas, food orders, and other menu items to customers accurately and on time. Secure food orders in your vehicle to prevent spills or damage during transportation. Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS or other navigation tools. Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery. Confirm orders with customers and handle payments when required. Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation. Keep your vehicle clean and suitable for making food deliveries. Communicate with the restaurant team regarding delivery status, customer concerns, or special instructions. Follow all company policies and food-handling and delivery safety procedures. Qualifications Previous delivery driver, courier, or customer service experience preferred. Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Reliable personal vehicle suitable for making deliveries. Ability to safely carry and transport food orders. Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive, professional attitude and dependable work ethic. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. Comfortable using GPS, navigation apps, or other basic delivery technology. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliveries efficiently. Must be able to follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
