Full-Time Position Overview O'Neil Distributing is seeking a dependable, hardworking CDL Driver to run local beverage delivery routes throughout our assigned territory. This is a local route — you're home every night — running 4 days a week: Tuesday through Friday. The role involves early mornings and physical work: you'll be in and out of the truck at 20+ stops a day, loading cases of beverages into retail accounts. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable with a fast-paced, physically demanding route. O'Neil Distributing is a long-standing employee distributing Molson-Coors, Red Bull and other premire beverage brands to Western Kansas and the Oklahoma panhandle. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company CDL vehicle on assigned local delivery route Deliver beverage products to retail accounts, unloading and hand-carrying cases of beer at each stop Load and unload product at 20+ stops per day Verify product quantities and delivery accuracy against orders, using mobile software solutions Maintain professional relationships with retail account customers Assist with product rotation and organization at accounts as needed Follow all company safety standards and DOT requirements Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery truck and equipment Complete delivery paperwork and documentation accurately Requirements Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record Current DOT Medical Card Must be age 21+ Ability to regularly lift and carry cases of beer (40+ lbs) in and out of the truck, repeatedly, across 20+ stops a day Ability to work early mornings and a physically demanding route Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in varying weather conditions Able to pass required DOT and company drug screens and background checks Positive, team-oriented attitude Great customer service skills What O'Neil Distributing Offers Full-time opportunity - on a 4 day a week schedule Stable work environment - home every night Opportunity for revenue growth within O'Neil Distributing Team-oriented atmosphere Health Insurance benefits Retirement plan with company matching Paid time off

VIsion, Dental and Life Insurance Pay Range:

$ 55,000-63,000 per year paid compensation based on experience and route assignments. Includes a stable base salary and case delivery and mileage commissions.
