Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician/Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a clean driving record and experience in equipment repair. This role involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing various types of rental machinery, including small engines, along with delivers of rental equipment while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly. Requirements Experience as a Service Technician, particularly with small engines. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
