Each workday will begin and end at Amazon DMC3 in Shawnee, Kansas . Delivery Driver Responsibilities Load and organize packages into your assigned delivery vehicle Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws Use GPS routing and Amazon delivery technology Deliver packages safely, professionally, and courteously Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle Communicate delivery issues, delays, or concerns promptly to Dispatch or management Follow all Amazon and NOVA Logistics safety procedures Maintain delivery quality while working efficiently Enter and exit the delivery vehicle frequently throughout the route Work independently while remaining connected with the NOVA support team Schedules are planned in advance; however, flexibility may be needed during Prime events and Peak holiday season . Most drivers should be available to work at least one weekend day .

Qualifications Applicants must:

Be at least 21 years old Have a valid driver's license — no CDL required Be legally authorized to work in the United States Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team Be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Be capable of handling 150+ packages per day Demonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving skills Be comfortable using smartphones, handheld devices, GPS, and mobile apps Be able to frequently enter and exit a delivery vehicle Complete required pre-employment screening, including applicable drug testing Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record in accordance with company requirements Have sufficient English communication skills to safely perform the essential duties of the position; Spanish is a plus

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

$22.25/hour

Weekend Pay:

Up to $23.25/hour

Paid Training:

$28.50/hour

Guaranteed Pay:

Eligible employees may qualify for NOVA's 10-hour Guaranteed Pay program , subject to performance, attendance, safety, timekeeping, and other applicable program requirements.
