Since 2003, we have specialized in delivering high-quality, pre-approved products that meet security standards and ensure care packages arrive intact. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering care packages to correctional facilities across various routes, ensuring timely and secure deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, strong customer service abilities, and organizational competence to manage deliveries efficiently while maintaining safety standards. The driver will assist in the warehouse when there is no scheduled delivery. •A background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted in the hiring process. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver care packages to designated correctional facilities along assigned routes Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate and complete delivery documentation Handle heavy lifting of totes, ensuring proper loading and unloading procedures Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with facility staff and clients Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during route driving Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery status or any issues encountered Uphold security protocols required for deliveries to correctional institutions Skills Proven experience in commercial driving or route driving, preferably within logistics or delivery services Strong knowledge of driving safety regulations and traffic laws Excellent customer service and communication skills for professional interactions Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Basic math skills for verifying delivery quantities Organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and delivery documentation effectively This role requires a motivated individual committed to safe driving practices, excellent customer interactions, and efficient route management. A background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted in the hiring process.
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
