DELIVERY DRIVERS FedEx Ground ISP Contractor • Lancaster, KY Area |

COMPENSATION

$15.00 per Hour + $1.00 per Stop

JOB OVERVIEW A

local FedEx Ground Independent Service Provider (ISP) is looking for reliable, hardworking delivery drivers to join our team near Lancaster, KY. Safely deliver packages to local homes and businesses while managing your routes efficiently. Alternative Vehicle Program (AVP) option is being hired extensively for this area. (Lancaster, KY)

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Age Limit:

Must be at least 21 years old.

Clean Records:

Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR check required).

Screening:

Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Physical Ability:

Capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs comfortably.

AVP Vehicle:

Reliable, properly insured personal vehicle that meets program size/condition rules.

Tech Skills:

Comfortable using a smartphone, GPS tools, and routing software maps.
