Punctual and Dependable:

Be ready for a 3:00 p.m. start and follow through for the people counting on you. Responsibilities Safely operate a passenger shuttle on assigned local routes. Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and mobility devices, including properly securing wheelchairs. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report vehicle concerns. Use our driver app to follow routes and accurately document trips. Stay on schedule and communicate delays or changes to dispatch. Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and ready for service. Protect patient privacy and follow company safety procedures. Promptly report incidents and complete required documentation. Requirements At least 21 years old with a valid Kentucky driver's license and a clean driving record. Reliable availability for the full afternoon shift. Patience, empathy, and clear communication. Ability to lift 50 pounds and safely assist passengers and secure wheelchairs. Basic smartphone skills for navigation and trip documentation. Satisfactory background check, Medicaid exclusion screening, DOT physical, and drug screening. Previous caregiving, professional driving, EMT, or passenger transportation experience preferred. Compensation and Training First 90 days: $18.00 per hour. After 90 days: $20.00 per hour. Opportunity to earn up to $26.00 per hour by consistently delivering excellent service. W-2 employment from your first day. The first 90 days serve as an introductory period to evaluate safety, attendance, reliability, and patient care. Company-paid DOT physical, drug screening, and required CPR/First Aid and defensive driving training. Company vehicle provided for assigned routes. This part-time position does not include employer-sponsored medical, dental, or vision insurance, or paid time off.
