Job DescriptionWe're looking for a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team in Albany, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while maintaining the highest standards of service. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring every delivery is completed on time and with care. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and customer-focused approach will be essential to your success in this position.

Operate delivery vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulationsPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet daily schedules and customer expectationsLoad, unload, and transport packages securely to designated locationsMaintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures or confirmationsCommunicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operating conditionReport any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to management immediatelyManage time effectively to complete all scheduled deliveries within assigned timeframesMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocolsQualificationsValid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class being operatedClean driving record with no major violationsProven experience operating delivery or commercial vehiclesStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsPhysical capability to perform repetitive bending, reaching, and climbing movementsReliability and consistent punctualityFamiliarity with GPS navigation systems and route optimization tools (preferred)Experience with delivery management software or mobile applications (preferred)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
