Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay:
Up to $150.00/day (DOE) + $600 sign on bonus after 16-week continuous employmentPay Frequency:

Clear opportunities for leadership and advancement Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and personal vehicles to deliver packages along designated routes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and Dot (Department of Transportation) standards Manage route driving efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, including navigating urban and rural areas with GPS devices or mobile apps. Interact professionally with customers during delivery, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns courteously. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with commercial truck driving standards. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, and digital records using handheld scanners Experience Prior experience in delivery driving or courier roles is highly preferred Proven ability to handle heavy lifting safely and follow manual handling protocals Familiarity with commercial driving regulations, including DOT requirements for weight handling in the workplace and safe driving practices Experience operating box trucks, step trucks, cargo vans Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude during interactions clients Ability to work independently on route driving task while maintaining attention to detail and safety standardsQualifications & Requirements Age:
Must be 21 years of ageLicense:
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving recordScreening:
Must Pass DOT Physical, pre-employment drug screen, and background checkExperience:
Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience with the last 3 years or 3 years within the last 10 yearsPhysical Demands:
Ability to lift packages up to 150lbs (using equipment provided) Ability to stay active, entering and exiting the vehicle repeatedly over an 8-10-hour shift Flexibility to work extended hours during peak operational hoursPreferred Backgrounds:
Prior experience with FedEx, Amazon DSP, UPS, DHL, courier services, route delivery, landscaping, construction, moving, or other physically demanding outdoor work is a plus.
