Valid driver's license; CDL not required Job Overview Jackson Aspire is seeking reliable, safety-focused, and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. Delivery Drivers are responsible for safely operating a company-provided vehicle and delivering packages to homes, apartments, businesses, and other locations throughout the community. This is an active, fast-paced position for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service. Paid training and the equipment needed to complete daily routes will be provided. Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle. Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures. Load, organize, transport, and deliver packages. Complete assigned delivery routes safely and efficiently. Follow GPS navigation and delivery instructions using a company-provided device. Enter and exit the delivery vehicle frequently throughout the shift. Handle packages carefully and place them in secure delivery locations. Follow customer delivery instructions whenever possible. Provide friendly, respectful, and professional customer service. Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, delivery concerns, vehicle issues, or emergencies. Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Promptly report accidents, injuries, property damage, and vehicle concerns. Protect company property, equipment, vehicle keys, and assigned devices. Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized. Return undelivered packages and company equipment at the end of the shift. Assist other drivers when requested by dispatch or management. Follow company policies regarding attendance, uniforms, safety, conduct, and package handling. Work safely in different weather, traffic, and road conditions.

Qualifications Applicants must:

Be at least 21 years of age. Possess a valid driver's license. Be comfortable operating a delivery van. Be able to use a smartphone, GPS navigation, and delivery applications. Be dependable, punctual, and available for scheduled shifts. Be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Work well independently and as part of a team. Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, dispatchers, and management. Be willing to work scheduled weekends and during busy delivery periods. Previous delivery experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. Physical Requirements Drivers must be able to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including: Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Frequently entering and exiting a delivery vehicle. Walking, standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing stairs throughout the shift. Delivering packages to apartments, businesses, and other locations. Working outdoors in changing weather conditions. Remaining active for most of the scheduled shift.
