Job Description:

Terra Nova Logistics Inc., an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground, is currently seeking hardworking and highly motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity offering consistent schedules, competitive pay, and long-term stability. Compensation & Benefits:

$23.00 per hour Weekly pay (every Friday) Average weekly earnings: $1,200-$1,500 Overtime pay after 40 hours Monthly performance bonuses Flexible scheduling options Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) available after 3 months 5 days paid sick leave (available immediately) 10 days paid vacation (after 6 months) Company-provided uniforms

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to complete assigned routes Deliver packages efficiently and on time Provide excellent customer service Handle packages up to 80 lbs Maintain a professional and safety-first mindset

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old Ability to lift up to 80 lbs 1 year of verifiable delivery driving experience within the last 3 years (or 5 years within the last 10 years) Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and DOT physical Strong work ethic and reliability Customer service and deadline-oriented mindset
