$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Parts Delivery Driver needed for our busy Parts Department at Nissan 24 POSITION SUMMARY The Automotive Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for the prompt, safe, and courteous delivery and pickup of automotive parts and accessories for 24 Auto Group dealerships, customers, and vendor partners. This position represents the company in the field and plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships through professional communication, dependable service, and a commitment to safety and accuracy. The driver must operate company vehicles responsibly, comply with all state and federal traffic regulations, and consistently reflect 24 Auto Group's Core Values of Customer Service Excellence, Transparency, Building Long-Term Relationships, and Repeat Business in every customer interaction.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Parts Delivery & Logistics Pick up and deliver automotive parts, accessories, and materials to customers, dealerships, wholesale accounts, and vendors in a timely, professional manner. Load and unload parts into and out of the delivery vehicle carefully, ensuring all items are secure and protected during transport. Verify that all invoices, delivery notes, and payments correspond accurately with parts being picked up or delivered. Maintain a detailed delivery log, obtaining signatures from recipients for each completed transaction. Coordinate with Parts Counter and Wholesale staff prior to departure to confirm all scheduled and last-minute deliveries. Deliver parts to internal departments, such as the Body Shop, and distribute to the appropriate technicians when needed. Return undelivered parts and all related documentation to the Parts Department at the end of each shift. Assist with stocking and organizing parts when not on delivery, expediting the flow of materials to technicians and wholesale accounts. Vehicle Operation & Safety Compliance Operate dealership vehicles safely, courteously, and in full compliance with local, state, and federal traffic laws and company policies. Ensure company dashcams remain plugged in, operational, and always recording while driving a delivery vehicle. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; check fuel, oil, tire pressure, and fluid levels, and report maintenance needs promptly to the Parts Manager. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior, to uphold professional presentation standards. Report all vehicle incidents, mechanical issues, or safety concerns immediately to management. Use company phones or communication devices only for business purposes and in compliance with hand-free driving regulations. Operate safely and efficiently in all weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow. Customer Service & Professional Conduct Serve as a professional representative of 24 Auto Group during every customer or vendor interaction. Demonstrate courteous, clear, and effective communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and in accordance with dealership policy. Report any customer complaints, delivery discrepancies, or unsafe conditions immediately to management. Uphold the company's reputation for reliability, trust, and customer-focused service. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of parts weighing up to 50 lbs. and occasional lifting of heavier items; frequent bending, reaching, and standing during loading/unloading.
