Delivery Driver Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers efficiently and safely. Your primary duties will include route driving, client communication, and building positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and possesses excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless delivery experience for our clients. Duties Follow HIPAA privacy rules, practices and policies to maintain patient confidentiality. Safely operate delivery vehicles along assigned routes to ensure timely deliveries Communicate effectively with clients upon delivery, providing excellent customer service Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional interactions Use basic math skills to verify orders, handle receipts, and manage delivery documentation Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during deliveries Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle Keep accurate records of deliveries made and any issues encountered during routes Follow all company policies and procedures regarding medication delivery. Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule, as some delivery days will be less or more than others.
