We're looking for dependable, safety-focused drivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a supportive, fast-paced team. Position Overvie w As a Delivery Associate, you will operate a company-provided Amazon-branded vehicle to deliver 200-300 packages per day. You'll be on the move throughout your shift, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

10 hours/day - 4 days/week for full-time; part-time shifts also available

20 Colonial Rd, Salem, MA 01970 Additional shifts may be available for those seeking extra hours Benefits Competitive pay starting at $25.50/hour Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) plan Free Tuition Reimbursement Program Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Free Company-Paid Life Insurance Company vehicle provided - No CDL required Paid training Supportive team culture Requirements Applicants must meet the following: At least 21 years old Valid driver's license in the state of employment Safe driving record Must be available to work weekends Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and load packages up to 50 lbs throughout the day Comfortable getting in and out of a large delivery vehicle frequently during the shift Ability to safely operate a larger vehicle in residential and commercial areas Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) Positive attitude, reliability, and a focus on safety and efficiency Physical Demands This role requires being on your feet for most of the day, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting packages repeatedly.
