We are hiring Delivery Drivers in Wilmington, MA for Full-Time and Part-Time positions. No need to use your own vehicle — we provide the delivery van and gas! We are looking for reliable, motivated, and committed people who are ready to work and be part of a great team.
PAY & BENEFITS
Starting Pay:
$22/hour Earn up to $24/hour based on performance and length of service $250 referral bonus Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 3 weeks (120 hours) of Paid Time Off per year , beginning to accrue immediately upon employment Paid Training Overtime opportunities during periods of high demand Company delivery vehicle provided Gas provided Uniforms and necessary equipment provided Opportunities to grow into Supervisory and HR positions Military veterans are welcome!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Delivery Driver, you will: Safely deliver packages to customers on time Drive a company-provided delivery vehicle Load and unload packages Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation and package scanning Perform safety inspections on the company vehicle Follow local and state traffic laws and company safety policies Provide excellent customer service Communicate with the support team throughout the day Get in and out of the delivery van repeatedly during your route Work outdoors in different weather conditions Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs Assist other drivers with rescue calls when needed
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you must: Be 21 years of age or older Be authorized to work in the United States Have a valid U.S. driver's license Have a clean motor vehicle report Multiple violations may disqualify you from the position Be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs Be available to work weekends Pass the required Drug Screening Test Marijuana testing is NOT required

We provide everything necessary to complete your deliveries: Delivery vehicle Gas Handheld technology Uniforms Safety equipment Administrative equipment
