Job Description
Security Officer Part Time Mobile Driver
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property areas, including entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and the perimeter.
- Monitor access points and report unauthorized activity, property concerns, and suspicious behavior in accordance with location protocols.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and contact emergency personnel when appropriate.
