Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and friendly Delivery Driver to join our team. If you enjoy driving, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you! Responsibilities Deliver food orders safely and efficiently to customers Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally Handle cash and card payments accurately Ensure orders are complete and accurate before delivery Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery vehicle Assist in-store with light duties when needed Clean and maintain kitchen items Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service during deliveries. Handle any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the delivery process. Experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable vehicle with valid insurance Ability to navigate using GPS/smartphone Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work evenings and weekends Must be punctual, responsible, and team-oriented Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively.
