This is not an occasional or fill-in delivery opportunity. We are specifically looking for drivers who can commit to working at least 4 days per week , arrive on time for early-morning routes, and consistently complete their assigned deliveries. If you have experience with Amazon Flex, Roadie, Spark, Veho, FedEx, UPS, last-mile delivery, or a similar delivery platform and are looking for more consistent work, we encourage you to apply. Before You Apply Please make sure you meet ALL of the following requirements: At least 1 year of delivery, courier, or logistics driving experience Available to work at least 4 days per week Comfortable with an early-morning check-in between 5:00-5:30 AM Able to successfully pass a criminal background check Able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Reliable car, SUV, or van Current vehicle insurance Smartphone with GPS capability Comfortable using delivery/courier apps Able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 30 pounds Reliable transportation to our Elkridge, Maryland pickup location Reliability is essential for this position. Drivers are expected to report for scheduled routes on time and complete all assigned deliveries.

What You'll Do As an Independent Delivery Driver, you will: Arrive at the Elkridge pickup location on time and prepared for your route Load and organize packages efficiently Safely deliver packages to residential and business locations Follow assigned routes and delivery procedures Accurately scan and document deliveries Maintain required proof of delivery Communicate promptly regarding route issues or delivery exceptions Interact professionally with customers Handle packages carefully and responsibly Complete your entire assigned route before ending your workday Represent Block 2 Block Logistics professionally while completing deliveries Who We're Looking For We're looking for drivers who understand that reliability matters in delivery work.
