Overview Join the WARE Logistics LLC team as a Delivery Associate and play an important role in delivering packages safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service. WARE Logistics LLC is an independent Delivery Service Partner (DSP) contracted by Amazon to provide last-mile delivery services. As a Delivery Associate, you will be employed by WARE Logistics LLC and will operate company-provided delivery vehicles to deliver Amazon packages to homes, businesses, and other delivery locations throughout your assigned service area. In this fast-paced and active role, you will follow assigned delivery routes, safely load and handle packages, operate delivery vehicles in accordance with all safety requirements, and provide professional and courteous service to customers. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused, and motivated individuals who enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive team. No previous Amazon delivery experience is required, and training will be provided. Duties Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles while following all traffic laws and company safety standards. Load, organize, deliver, and safely handle packages throughout your route. Use a company-provided mobile device and delivery app to navigate assigned routes and complete deliveries accurately. Follow proper lifting techniques when handling packages of various sizes and weights. Provide professional and friendly customer service while completing deliveries. Maintain accurate delivery records and properly document delivery attempts, returns, and other required information. Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and immediately report safety or vehicle concerns. Follow all WARE Logistics and delivery partner policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment while maintaining safety and delivery quality. Requirements Valid U.S. driver's license with a safe driving record. Must be at least 21 years old . Previous delivery, courier, transportation, or customer service experience is preferred but not required . Ability to safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle and follow all traffic and safety requirements. Comfortable using a smartphone/mobile device for GPS navigation and delivery updates. Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload packages throughout the workday. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity, safety, and delivery quality. Comfortable working in various weather conditions and in a fast-paced, physically active environment .
