Job Description
Full Time, Hourly (non-exempt), reports to Warehouse Operations Manager Gramophone is seeking an exceptional candidate that will join our team at our Timonium, MD warehouse location as a full-time Delivery Driver. The Delivery Driver will provide an exceptional level of customer service by working with our warehouse management team to deliver Gramophone products, including audio-video (AV) equipment, supplies and furniture deliveries to our residential and commercial clients in the greater Baltimore-suburban Washington area. You will also deliver and manage transfers to and from our other retail locations in Columbia, Gaithersburg, Owings Mills, and Hunt Valley, MD. This is primarily a daily, daytime schedule with no overnight travel and a Monday through Friday work week. Other duties and responsibilities may include assisting in light assembly of furniture, and assisting other onsite warehouse personnel as well as working with our Fleet Manager to ensure our delivery vehicles are cleaned, inside and out, and manage vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs and damage reports if needed. This is a non-CDL position but requires a valid DOT medical card/certificate which Gramophone will sponsor for either newly certified or existing cardholders. You will be operating a well maintained and safe vehicle and will frequently be paired with an assistant warehouse associate on deliveries when needed.
