Job Description
The Flower Bucket is seeking contract floral delivery drivers to work every week. Contract drivers provide their own vehicle, gas, insurance, and GPS. Summary As an Independent Contract Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations. This role requires core skills in driving and heavy lifting, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will utilize your premium skills in commercial driving and warehouse experience to navigate routes effectively and handle packages. Additionally, your relevant skills in moving, loading and unloading will be essential in meeting the organization's delivery expectations. Join us to be an integral part of our logistics team. Contract drivers are paid $6 per delivery with photo proof of delivery. Deliveries are routed for efficiency to help you make as much as possible during each route. Routes will begin between 8 and 3 pm each day, and the goal is to be completed by 5 pm; routes must be marked delivered with a photo uploaded by 7 pm. Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and care during transit. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any inquiries. Maintain accurate delivery records and manage schedules efficiently. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. This individual must be punctual, reliable, and have a great work ethic and a positive attitude.
