Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage loading and unloading of products, including heavy lifting and proper merchandising techniques to ensure items are secure during transit Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and addressing any concerns with clear communication skills Utilize pricing knowledge to handle transactions accurately and upsell additional products or services when appropriate Organize daily routes efficiently to maximize delivery times and maintain organizational standards Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection records to ensure compliance and safety Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered on the route Qualifications Valid driver's license (DL) with a clean driving record and experience delivering packages.
