Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Driver to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, including children, seniors, and individuals with special needs, to their destinations while providing excellent customer service. Your role will involve operating various types of vehicles such as school buses, paratransit vans, and other commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for working with diverse populations. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community while maintaining high safety standards and delivering reliable transportation services. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport laundry according to scheduled routes and timetables Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to verify mechanical condition and report any issues promptly Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during every trip Maintain accurate logs of trips and mileage Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions or concerns professionally and courteously This position requires heavy lifting at times Experience Proven experience in commercial driving roles.
