About the Position We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to customers, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in representing the company professionally while on the road and at customer locations. This position is part time to start, potential for full time is possible for the right candidate as we grow. Key Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and deliver products to customers according to scheduled routes. Verify orders and delivery quantities before leaving the facility. Ensure products are handled carefully and arrive in good condition. Obtain customer signatures of deliveries when required. Communicate professionally with customers regarding deliveries, orders, and any issues. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records. Collect payments or required documentation when applicable. Inspect the delivery vehicle before and after routes and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable transportation laws. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and professional appearance. Assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse duties as needed. Communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and management regarding delivery status and customer concerns. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. RIC/IIC Card- not a must, we assist our employees with getting the state required certifications. Previous delivery, driving, warehouse, distribution, or customer service experience preferred. Ability to safely lift and carry packages and products as required. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional and courteous communication skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to use a smartphone or mobile delivery applications. Ability to pass any required background or driving-record checks. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and drive for extended periods. Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently. Ability to safely enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the workday. Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
