Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate deliveries to customers Review and verify invoices for accuracy before and upon delivery Bring back new returns daily, defective parts for warranty, and core returns Establish a valuable relationship with the customer while exhibiting polite, professional and courteous interaction at each encounter Maintaining delivery vehicle in a clean and orderly fashion, paying attention to needed maintenance and notifying supervisor when maintenance is necessary. Stocking shelves and assisting in other areas of store operations as assigned by the store manager Assist in maintenance of the retail area Pick up parts from vendors Focus on safety while driving Communicate customer feedback or competitive activity Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and possibly holidays All other duties as assigned Physical Demands/Working Environment Must be comfortable driving in various weather conditions Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds without assistance Must be able to squat, climb, bend, reach above shoulder level, kneel, push and pull Recommended Skills/Abilities Ability and willingness to be part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening Excellent interpersonal skills i.e. building healthy relationships, polite and courteous behavior Able to utilize critical problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Ability to follow directions from the NDT System and/or GPS Education/Experience Must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of two years, and have a clean driving record Customer service experience preferred Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent recommended Delivery of parts and equipment with accuracy, offering unparalleled customer service to our customers as part of our team
