We are looking for self-starters that have a desire to learn and grow with an organization. Our immediate need in Big Rapids is in the warehouse and backup delivery driver roles. The warehouse duties consist primarily of storing, shipping, and receiving product.
Specific responsibilities include:
Picking material for outgoing orders. Assisting in loading material in delivery vehicles. Receiving product shipments and assisting in product put-away. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work environment. Serving as the backup customer delivery associate using a company van.
Job requirements and expectations:
Able to be trained for fork truck certification. Able to be on feet for up to 8 hours. Able to lift up to 100lbs, bend, reach, and pick up loads from floor level. Able to climb a warehouse ladder to retrieve product from elevated shelving. The experience gained in the warehouse will provide a solid foundation for success in other areas of our operations. Though prior warehouse experience is preferred, it is not required. We will provide all the necessary training for you to perform at a high level.
