Job Description

Help Save Lives Through Driver Education All Star Driver Education is a professional, multi-state driver education school founded in 1997. We develop more than 15,000 lifelong, intelligent drivers each year through engaging instruction and a proprietary curriculum. We're looking for energetic, professional individuals who are passionate about creating a fun, interactive, and educational learning environment for new drivers. Responsibilities Provide classroom and behind-the-wheel driver education instruction. Deliver engaging lessons through discussions, activities, and presentations. Coach students in developing safe driving habits and confidence. Communicate student progress and provide ongoing feedback to students and parents. Follow All Star's proprietary curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials. Qualifications Safe driving record. Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical examination. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to complete the Instructor Preparation Program (IPP) to become a state-certified driver education instructor. Instructor Preparation Program (IPP) Become a certified driver education instructor in less than four months through our state-approved training program.

Driver Task Analysis (45 hours) Developing Classroom Instructional Knowledge (45 hours) Developing Vehicle Operational Skills (45 hours) Student Teaching Practicum (45 hours)

Sterling Heights, MI Program Dates:
August-November 2026 Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour , based on experience and credentials. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Bonus after completing training.
