This is much more than a delivery position. As our Chef Relations & Delivery Specialist, you'll become one of the primary faces of our company and play an important role in protecting the chef experience that has helped define our reputation. No mushroom experience? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know about gourmet mushrooms. More Than a Delivery Route Every delivery is an opportunity to strengthen relationships with the chefs and restaurants we serve. Our Chef Relations & Delivery Specialists are trusted ambassadors for Pebble Creek Produce. They deliver premium products, introduce new mushroom varieties, answer customer questions, gather valuable feedback, identify new opportunities, and help create an exceptional customer experience with every stop. Responsibilities Chef Relations & Customer Experience

• Build genuine relationships with chefs, restaurant staff, and purchasing teams.
• Represent Pebble Creek Produce with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
• Introduce customers to seasonal mushrooms, new varieties, and promotions.
• Educate customers on our products and their culinary applications.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate opportunities back to the sales and leadership teams.
• Help strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers while creating opportunities for new business. Delivery Operations
• Safely and efficiently deliver gourmet mushrooms and related products throughout Michigan and Ohio.
• Verify orders for accuracy before departing the farm.
• Load, transport, and deliver products while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and professionally maintained. Farm Operations
• Assist with harvesting, packing, labeling, and quality inspections as needed.
• Support general farm operations during lighter delivery schedules.
• Assist with special events, customer visits, and educational opportunities when requested. What We're Looking For

• Previous delivery experience is helpful but not required.
