Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Install Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our valued customers.

Core Responsibilities Driving and Transport:
Safely operate a 26-foot box truck along assigned local routes. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
White-Glove Delivery:
Work in a two-person team to lift, maneuver, and place heavy appliances (such as refrigerators, washers, and dryers) inside the customer's home without causing damage.
Installation and Setup:
Unbox new merchandise, level units, attach anti-tip brackets, and complete basic utility connections like water lines or dryer vents.
Haul-Away Service:
Remove customers' old, disconnected appliances and packing materials from the property.
Customer Service:
Provide professional communication, confirm make and model details, and offer a basic test run or demonstration of the new appliance. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or warehouse environments is preferred Familiarity with commercial driving, especially box trucks or courier services, is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor safely and efficiently Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus but not required; training will be provided Valid chauffuers license (Driver Only) Valid DOT Medical Card (Driver Only)(If you do not have one we will get it if hired) Valid State ID or Drivers License(Helper Only) Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and drivers Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods Assist and provide safety by giving direction when truck is backing up.
